Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily, Member 1A ELISA Kit

Manufactured for research use by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TNFRSF1A in serum, plasma, urine, cell lysates and other biological fluids. An antibody specific for TNFRSF1A is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, and captured analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-TNFRSF1A antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <35 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Sample recovery has been determined in serum (range 83–100%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 90–98%, average 94%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 89–102%, average 95%, n=5), with dilution-linearity data provided for 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same sample types.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and adhesive plate sealers, with storage temperatures specified per component at +4°C or -20°C and a warning not to use the kit past its expiration date.
