Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily, Member 7 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CD70 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily, Member 7) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for CD70, using a Biotinylated Anti-CD70 Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate detection system visualised with TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a stated product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.056 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reported recovery values in serum (n=5) span 80%–102% (average 91%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) 81%–101% (average 91%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) 80%–89% (average 84%). Linearity data across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions are also provided for each sample type.
