Human Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily, Member 14 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human LIGHT/TNFSF14 (Tumor Necrosis Factor Ligand Superfamily, Member 14) in serum, plasma, saliva, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 × 8 well strips); standards and samples are captured by an immobilised antibody, detected with a biotinylated anti-LIGHT/TNFSF14 antibody and HRP-avidin, then visualised with TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance: standard curve product range 31.2–2000 pg/ml; sensitivity 11.5 pg/ml; total assay time approximately 4 h 30 min. Spike-and-recovery averaged 91% in serum (n=5, range 83–100%), 94% in EDTA plasma (n=5, range 90–98%) and 95% in heparin plasma (n=5, range 89–102%). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
