Human Troponin C Type 2, Fast ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the quantitative determination of human TNNC2 (Troponin C Type 2, Fast) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-TNNC2 detection antibody and an HRP–avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <11.8 pg/ml with an assay range of 31.2–2000 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery data for serum (n=5) is 80%–102% (average 91%), for EDTA plasma (n=5) 81%–100% (average 90%) and for heparin plasma (n=5) 80%–89% (average 84%). A seven-point standard curve covers 2000, 1000, 500, 250, 125, 62.5 and 31.3 pg/ml.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 μl) and Detection Solution B (120 μl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
