Human Triggering Receptor Expressed On Myeloid Cells 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TREM1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay is built on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and uses a biotinylated anti-TREM1 detection antibody in combination with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the concentration of TREM1 is calculated from a standard curve.

The assay covers a working range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.6 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Recovery has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with mean recoveries of 91%, 90% and 84% respectively across the sample sets tested (n=5 per matrix; ranges 80–102%, 81–100% and 80–89%). Dilution linearity has been characterised at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across each of the three sample matrices.
