Human Transthyretin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Prealbumin (Transthyretin). The kit is reactive with human samples and is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cerebrospinal fluid, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Detection is colourmetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm using a microplate reader.
