Human Transportin 1 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-Transportin 1/MIP detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The colourimetric reaction is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with the absorbance proportional to the amount of target captured in each well.

The stated sensitivity is 1.06 ng/ml and the assay range is 3.12–200 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
