Human Transmembrane Protein 27 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Tmem27 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with a colorimetric detection method, read at 450nm in a microplate reader.

The reported sensitivity is 0.057 ng/ml with a measurable range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. The kit is suitable for cell lysates, tissue homogenates and cell culture supernates. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 83%–100%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 90%–98%) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 90%–99%), with linearity data provided across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.
