Human Translocase Of Outer Mitochondrial Membrane 70A ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TOM70 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-TOM70 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. After the addition of acidic stop solution, absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and TOM70 concentration is calculated from a standard curve.

The quantitative measurement range is 0.312–20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.101 ng/ml; total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Reported average recovery is 91% for serum (range 83–100%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 91–103%) and 95% for heparin plasma (range 89–102%). Dilution linearity has been evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across all three sample matrices.

Components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed and the kit must not be used past the expiration date. The kit is suitable for cell lysates and tissue homogenates.
