Human Transketolase Like Protein 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Transketolase Like Protein 1 (TKTL1/TKR) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for TKTL1/TKR. Captured analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-TKTL1/TKR antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quantitative sandwich ELISA has an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.062 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values, based on n=5 per matrix, are 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
