Human Transgelin ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TAGLN/Transgelin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The assay range is 6.25-400 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <3.27 ng/ml. Recovery performance in serum (n=5) ranges from 80% to 102% with an average of 91%; in EDTA plasma (n=5) from 81% to 100% averaging 90%; and in heparin plasma (n=5) from 80% to 89% averaging 84%. Linearity was assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16, with serum (n=5) ranging 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101%, and 92-97% respectively; EDTA plasma (n=5) ranging 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101%, and 79-108%; and heparin plasma (n=5) ranging 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105%, and 89-91%. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past the expiration date.

The kit includes a pre-coated 96 well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A, Detection Solution B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers.
