Human Transferrin Receptor ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative in vitro measurement of human Transferrin Receptor (TFR) in cell culture supernatant, serum, and plasma. The assay can detect both native and recombinant human TFR, and no significant cross-reactivity with other analytes has been reported. Based on a quantitative sandwich immunoassay format, the kit uses a monoclonal capture antibody immobilised on microwells, a biotin-linked detection antibody, and streptavidin-HRP with a colorimetric substrate that is read on a standard microplate reader.
