Human Topoisomerase III ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Topoisomerase III alpha in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses an antibody specific for the target pre-coated onto a microplate, with a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.053 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Reported spiked recovery was 80–102% in serum (n=5, average 91%), 81–100% in EDTA plasma (n=5, average 90%), and 80–89% in heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%). Reactivity is restricted to human samples.
