Human Topoisomerase II Beta ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Topoisomerase II beta (TOP2B) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform read on a colorimetric microplate reader. Detection relies on a biotinylated anti-TOP2B antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change proportional to TOP2B concentration. The total assay time is 4h 30m.

The assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.062 ng/ml. Spiking recovery was demonstrated in serum (range 83–100%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 90–103%, average 96%, n=5), and heparin plasma (range 90–99%, average 94%, n=5). Linearity was assessed at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n=5).
