Human Toll Like Receptor 7 ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated microplate format with a biotinylated anti-TLR7 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, using TMB substrate for colour development with absorbance read at 450 nm. Sensitivity is 0.057 ng/ml with a quantitative working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. The protocol involves sequential incubation of standards or samples with the immobilised capture antibody, followed by the biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate separated by wash steps, before addition of TMB substrate and acidic stop solution.
