Human Toll Like Receptor 6 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microtiter plate and a biotinylated anti-TLR6 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read at 450 nm.

The reported sensitivity is less than 0.112 ng/ml, with a standard curve range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit is suitable for use with serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and provides linearity data across dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16 alongside spike recovery information.
