Human Toll Like Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Toll Like Receptor 2 (TLR2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, saliva, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips and is read colorimetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported at less than 0.113 ng/ml, with a product range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.

Recovery performance: Serum (n=5) ranged 80–102% with an average of 91%; EDTA Plasma (n=5) ranged 81–100% with an average of 90%; Heparin Plasma (n=5) ranged 80–89% with an average of 84%. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported as: Serum (n=5) 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, 92–97%; EDTA Plasma (n=5) 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, 79–108%; Heparin Plasma (n=5) 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, 89–91%.
