Human Toll Like Receptor 10 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Toll Like Receptor 10 (TLR10) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate together with a biotinylated anti-TLR10 detection antibody, followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. A TMB substrate yields a yellow product measured at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

Manufacturer-reported figures include a sensitivity of 0.115 ng/ml and a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Spiking recovery averaged 91% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. Reagents supplied include a lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, a 30X Wash Buffer concentrate, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and adhesive plate sealers. Components are stored at either +4°C or -20°C, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date. Samples to be run within five days may be kept at +4°C; longer-term storage requires aliquoting at -20°C (up to 1 month) or -80°C (up to 6 months), avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
