Human Toll Like Receptor 1 ELISA Kit

The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with a TIL/TLR1-specific antibody pre-coated onto a microplate, detection via a biotinylated anti-TIL/TLR1 antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate visualised with TMB substrate [S1].

Sensitivity is reported as 0.072 ng/ml, with a quantitative assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader [S1]. Total assay time is 4h 30m [S1].
