Human TNFRSF1B ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TNF Receptor II in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody, and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit is specific for TNF Receptor II with no reported cross-reactivity to other analogs or variants.

The standard curve covers a range of 7.813–500 pg/mL, with a sensitivity below 4.688 pg/mL. Validated sample dilutions include healthy serum (1:2–1:4) and SW480 cell lysate (1:2); serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer before testing. Reported recovery across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples ranges from 85% to 103%.
