Human TNF Receptor II ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TNF Receptor II in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. It is a 4-hour assay using a pre-coated microplate format with colorimetric detection measured at 450 nm.

The assay employs a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate, producing a yellow product whose intensity is directly proportional to TNF Receptor II concentration. The manufacturer states a sensitivity of <0.08 pg/ml with an assay range of 7.81 - 500 pg/ml. The kit is specific for TNF Receptor II with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing.

Recovery has been validated in healthy serum (average 94%), EDTA plasma (average 93%), and heparin plasma (average 97%). Components are shipped at +4°C and stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual. A colorimetric microplate reader is required.
