Human TNF Receptor Associated Factor 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Human TRAF3 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TRAF3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with an immobilised anti-TRAF3 antibody, followed by a biotinylated anti-TRAF3 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colourmetric microplate reader.

Stated performance figures include an assay range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml, a sensitivity of <29 pg/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Recovery data (n=5) are reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across sample dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Per-dilution recovery ranges for serum are 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97%; for EDTA plasma are 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108%; and for heparin plasma are 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91%. Overall average recovery values were 91% (serum), 90% (EDTA plasma) and 84% (heparin plasma).
