Human TLN1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Talin 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 4-hour colorimetric assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance measured at 450 nm. The kit is specific for Talin 1, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 in Sample Dilution Buffer before testing; validated dilutions include healthy serum and plasma at 1:2 and HeLa cell lysate run undiluted. Spike-and-recovery performance: serum samples (n=10) showed a range of 90–102% with an average of 93%; EDTA plasma (n=10) showed 86–104% (average 96%); heparin plasma (n=10) showed 89–105% (average 98%). Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was also evaluated for each sample type. Components include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, sample dilution buffer, biotinylated detection antibody, antibody dilution buffer, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealers and a foil zip-sealed pouch. The kit is shipped at +4°C and components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual.
