Human Titin ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Titin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.

The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate, Biotinylated Anti-Titin Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate and an acidic stop solution producing a colour change measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The reported product range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, sensitivity is 0.135 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. The kit ships with a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard, two detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers.

Reported recovery values are 80%-102% (average 91%) for serum (n=5), 81%-100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 80%-89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma (n=5). Dilution linearity is reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions. Storage conditions are -20°C for the plate, standard, detection solutions and sample dilution buffer, and +4°C for wash buffer, TMB substrate and stop solution.
