Human Thyroid Stimulating Hormone ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microtiter plate, with a biotinylated anti-TSH detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. Following incubation with TMB substrate, addition of acidic stop solution produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow, with intensity proportional to the amount of TSH captured in each well.

The kit offers a product range of 0.312-20 mIU/L with a sensitivity of 0.121 mIU/L, and a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Absorbance is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit is intended for use before the expiration date.
