Human Thymidylate Synthetase ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Thymidylate Synthase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate, a biotinylated anti-Thymidylate Synthase detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.128 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Average recovery values are 91% for serum (range 80–102%, n=5), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%, n=5) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%, n=5). Linearity has been evaluated at sample dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.
