Human Thiopurine Methyltransferase ELISA Kit

The accompanying product literature reports a sensitivity of <0.61 ng/ml, an assay range of 1.56-100 ng/ml, and an assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Performance has been characterised using serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples (n=5 each), with reported recovery ranges of 80-102% (serum, average 91%), 81-100% (EDTA plasma, average 90%), and 80-89% (heparin plasma, average 84%). Dilution linearity has been assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across these sample types.
