Human Tetraspanin 30 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative determination of Tetraspanin 30 in human plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate with a specific capture antibody, a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. After addition of acidic stop solution the reaction produces a yellow colour whose intensity is proportional to target concentration, measured as O.D. absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and read against a standard curve.

The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of <0.058 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Reported average recovery values across sample types (n=5) are 91% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity is reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.
