Human Testican 2 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of human Testican 2 (SPOCK2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-SPOCK2 detection antibody and HRP-avidin, and TMB substrate for colour development read at 450 nm.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.132 ng/ml with a quantitative range of 0.312-20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Average recovery values are reported for serum (91%), EDTA plasma (90%) and heparin plasma (84%) across the tested samples, with recovery ranges reported at sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for each matrix.

Supplied components include the pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A (120 µl), Detection Solution B (120 µl), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml), TMB Substrate (9 ml), Stop Solution (6 ml) and plate sealers (5 adhesive strips). Component storage temperatures are -20°C for the plate, standard, Detection Solutions A and B and Sample Dilution Buffer, and +4°C for the Wash Buffer, TMB Substrate and Stop Solution. Components should not be used past their expiration date.
