Human Tenomodulin ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Tenomodulin in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a colourimetric readout measured at 450nm in a microplate reader. Sensitivity is reported as <0.113 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml.

Total assay time is approximately 4h 30m. Standards and samples are incubated with a Biotinylated Anti-Tenomodulin Antibody, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the enzymatic reaction yields a yellow product whose density is proportional to Tenomodulin concentration, calculated against a standard curve.

Kit components include a lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, wash buffer concentrate, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. For research use only; not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
