Human TEK Tyrosine Kinase, Endothelial ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human TIE2 (also known as TEK Tyrosine Kinase, Endothelial) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The detection range is 1.56-100 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.52 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported recovery ranges are 84-100% for serum, 83-99% for EDTA plasma and 85-101% for heparin plasma (n=5). Dilution linearity has been characterised across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

Kit components include a lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
