Human Tau-Protein Kinase 1 ELISA Kit

Offered by Antibodies.com, this in vitro sandwich ELISA (sELISA) is designed for the quantitative determination of human TPK1 (Tau Protein Kinase 1), with reactivity limited to human samples and compatibility with tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8-well strips, a biotinylated anti-TPK1 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate solution, producing a yellow colour whose absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Stated performance figures include a sensitivity of <0.065 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml.
