Human TATA Box Binding Protein Associated Factor 13 ELISA Kit

Antibodies.com supplies a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) configured for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TATA Box Binding Protein Associated Factor 13 (TAF13). Reactive with human samples, the kit is suitable for tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, with absorbance read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where TAF13 is captured by the immobilized antibody and then detected using a biotinylated anti-TAF13 antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate develops a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution, with the yellow intensity proportional to TAF13 concentration. The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml and sensitivity is 0.128 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.
