Human Tankyrase 1 ELISA Kit

The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate with antibody specific for Tankyrase, followed by incubation with a biotinylated anti-Tankyrase antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The reaction is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader, with absorbance proportional to the Tankyrase concentration in each well.

The stated assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml and sensitivity is <0.106 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Validation data (n=5) report average recovery of 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%).
