Human Talin 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Talin 2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, where Talin 2 binds to the immobilised capture antibody. After washing, a biotinylated anti-Talin 2 antibody binds the captured analyte, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction produces a blue-coloured product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported performance figures include a measuring range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.132 ng/ml. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
