Human Syncollin ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Syncollin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) onto which standards and test samples are added; captured Syncollin is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Syncollin Antibody, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction yields a yellow product after addition of acidic stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and quantified against the standard curve.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.054 ng/ml with a measuring range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Average recovery across n=5 replicates is 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%). Dilutional linearity data are provided at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions, and total assay time is 4h 30m. The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers; components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
