Human Syncoilin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Syncoilin (SYNC) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and biotinylated anti-SYNC detection antibody, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colour change read colorimetrically at 450 nm.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <0.112 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml [S1]. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Across undiluted samples, reported recovery ranges were 80–102% for serum (n=5), 81–100% for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 80–89% for heparin plasma (n=5) [S1]. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
