Human Synaptopodin 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Synaptopodin 2 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-Synaptopodin 2 detection antibody, HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The resulting colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is 0.127 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the product is intended for research use only. Average recovery values from sample testing (n=5) are 91% for serum (80-102%), 91% for EDTA plasma (81-101%) and 84% for heparin plasma (80-89%).
