Human Survivin ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Survivin in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection measured at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader. The stated sensitivity is <12.5 pg/ml, the working range is 31.2-2000 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m.

Recovery performance has been characterised in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with average recoveries of 95%, 95% and 94% respectively across n=5 samples per matrix. Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions across the same sample types. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as directed in the protocol, and the assay is reactive with human samples only.
