Human Superoxide Dismutase 1, Soluble ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Superoxide Dismutase 1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for Superoxide Dismutase 1; standards and test samples are added to the wells and the bound analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-Superoxide Dismutase 1 antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a yellow product read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Concentration is calculated by reference to the standard curve.
