Human Sulfite Oxidase ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Sulfite Oxidase in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform with a biotinylated anti-Sulfite Oxidase antibody and HRP-avidin detection. Signal is generated using TMB substrate, producing a colourimetric readout measured on a microplate reader at 450nm. The total assay time is 4h 30m.

According to the manufacturer, the product range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.113 ng/ml. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
