The standard curve spans 0.156–10 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of <0.061 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Mean recoveries are 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%), with dilution linearity reported across 1:2 to 1:16 in the same matrices.
