Human Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Squamous Cell Carcinoma Antigen 1 (SerpinB3/SCCA) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids.

The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for SerpinB3/SCCA. Standards and samples are added to the wells; after washing, a Biotinylated Anti-SerpinB3/SCCA Antibody is applied, followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction yields a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader and the concentration of SerpinB3/SCCA is calculated against the standard curve. The stated measuring range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <34 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m.

Components supplied include a pre-coated microplate of 12 x 8 well strips, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Store at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and do not use past the expiration date.
