Human Sorting Nexin 9 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human SH3PX1/SNX9 (Sorting Nexin 9) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate and produces a colorimetric read-out proportional to analyte concentration, quantified by absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Quantitative performance is supported by an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.052 ng/ml, with the full protocol completed in 4h 30m. Sample recovery has been characterised in serum (average 91%, range 80%–102%), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81%–100%) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%) across n=5 per matrix. Dilution linearity is demonstrated from 1:2 through 1:16 in the same sample types.

Reagents supplied include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
