Human Sorting Nexin 17 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Sorting Nexin 17 (SNX17) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, a biotinylated anti-SNX17 detection antibody, and an HRP-avidin conjugate visualised with TMB substrate. Plates are read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quoted sensitivity is 0.057 ng/ml and the quantitative range is 0.156–10 ng/ml. Reported recovery in human serum averages 91% (range 83–100%), in EDTA plasma 96% (range 90–103%), and in heparin plasma 95% (range 89–102%). The complete assay takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
