Human Sorting Nexin 13 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SNX13 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses an antibody pre-coated onto a microplate, with a biotinylated anti-SNX13 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, producing a colour change proportional to SNX13 concentration that is read at 450 nm.

The kit has a reported assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.128 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Average recovery in serum (n=5) is reported as 91% (range 83–100%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) as 96% (range 90–103%), and in heparin plasma (n=5) as 95% (range 89–102%).
