Human Solute Carrier Family 39, Member 6 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Solute Carrier Family 39, Member 6 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with colorimetric detection read on a microplate reader at 450 nm. Total assay time is 4h 30m.

Reported sensitivity is <0.114 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml. In spike-and-recovery testing (n=5), serum gave 80%–102% recovery (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81%–101% (average 91%), and heparin plasma 80%–89% (average 84%). Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 was 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, and 89–91% for heparin plasma (n=5 each).
