Human Sodium Iodide Symporter ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Sodium Iodide Symporter in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-target detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate producing a colour change read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported as 0.24 ng/ml with a working range of 0.781-50 ng/ml, and the full assay can be completed in 4h 30m. Sample recovery has been validated for serum (80%-102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (81%-100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (80%-89%, average 84%), with linearity assessed across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 for each matrix.

The kit is supplied with lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and adhesive plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated.
