Human SNAP Associated Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human SNAP Associated Protein (SNAPIN) in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The immunoassay uses antibody-pre-coated wells with a biotinylated anti-SNAPIN detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colourmetric signal read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.066 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed. Recovery has been characterised in serum (n=5), EDTA plasma (n=5), and heparin plasma (n=5), with average undiluted recoveries of 91%, 91%, and 84% respectively, and ranges of 80–102%, 81–101%, and 80–89%. Dilution linearity has been evaluated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 across the same sample types.
