Human Small Heterodimer Partner ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human NR0B2 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. An antibody specific for NR0B2 is pre-coated onto a microplate; standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-NR0B2 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. TMB substrate produces a colourmetric signal proportional to the amount of NR0B2 captured, read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.054 ng/ml, and the assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported recovery values are 80–102% for serum, 81–100% for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% for heparin plasma (n=5 each). Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers, stored between +4°C and −20°C as instructed.
